I start by getting the goal straight: who it is for, what it has to change, and how we will know it worked. Every screen after that gets measured against it, so the work stays pointed at outcomes rather than output.

I work in short, scoped cycles with a standing check-in, so you always know what shipped this week and what is next. No month-long silences, and no big reveal at the end that lands wide of the mark.

Work goes in front of you early and often, while it is still cheap to change. Rough screens beat polished guesses, and one honest reaction is worth a week of my assumptions.

Files are built to be picked up by someone else: named layers, documented components, and a walkthrough for whoever builds or maintains it next. You should never need me for a small change.

I stay flexible and open to change. I continuously reflect on how I work and evolve my process based on what’s working, what’s not, and where I want to go next.

Celebrating wins however small keeps me motivated. I protect focus time, keep exploring outside of client work, and leave room for the playful detail that makes a product feel considered.
